For fifteen years Fred competed for Great Britain and England at the highest level in the world of athletics as a Long Jumper, accumulating over 30 international representations during that time.

This included competing at the European, Commonwealth and World Championships in addition to representing Cameroon at the 1988 Olympic Games (Seoul Korea).

His greatest achievements were winning the World Cup for Great Britain in 1994 and securing a silver medal for England at the Commonwealth Games in 1986. He also captained an England team in 1995.

He built a successful IT career throughout that time, whilst maintaining the discipline and motivation to compete at a very high level of international sport.

Fred is one of those unique people who have achieved both individually and as part of a team, and understands the dynamics of becoming a champion in sports and in life.

He is an experienced Project Manager, Achievement Coach (Young People), Performance Coach, Sports Coach, Teacher (Private Tutor), Writer and Speaker.
